Help..... Hit a pheasant with my Monte

Featured Replies

Lost the offside bumper grill and broke two of the vallance supports.

What is the cheapest fix and does anyone have part numbers.

Thanks in advance.

Bad luck dude. I saw 9 dead pheasants in the central reservation of the motorway yesterday.

Must be crazy season.

Did you eat it? Would serve it right

Pictures would help us to assess your damage

Apologies folks. You will see masking tape where I am glueing a couple of the broken supports for the front spoiler. Two in the middle are missing. Brokwn off all together. The offside bumper grill is also missing. I think this is the same as the SE and costs around £4. Unless I can get the front spoiler at a good price, I think I will have to make do. You can't really see them missing as they sit back. Any thoughts would be really apprecaited.

Hope you get it sorted, what you are suggesting seems pretty good, you would probably have to get on your hands and knees to see they are missing.I'd keep a look on breakers yards websites or classifieds for a rear ended Monte, bound to be one somewhere, someones misfortune will be your good fortune.

I hit a pheasant with my week old Octy vrs a few years ago, only caused a gouge but it was still a mess, it is indeed the silly season for pheasants all the **** birds have on their minds is sex.

If you hit one and kill it you're not supposed to take it home, but the person behind you can stop and take it, but I don't think any one takes much notice of that. The feathers are especially prized by trout fisherman who make their own flies.

Gone off on a tangent there, hope you sort it to your satisfaction.

Can't believe this has censored c*ck birds.

Stupid phucking pheasant!

Cheers guys. Just about hit another. They must be coming out to see the sexy Monte!

Full monte

what you need to do is let the pheasants hang a few days before plucking. Improves the taste of the meat B)
