I was wondering if you could help me. I've just bought a '10' plate Fabia for my wife from a main dealer - its a great little car perfect for what she needs.

The only gripe is the fairly basic trim on the S model (level 1 I believe). The glovebox has no lid and the centre console (where the handbrake, gearlever etc sits) is pretty sparse.

Is it possible to upgrade these two areas with something from a higher spec model, and any idea what kind of money we're talking about?

I wouldn't be doing the work myself, I'd go to a dealer / indepedant specialist to get the work done.

As far as I know it should be possible. some things may be more of a hassle than other though (and I think the glove box lid would be one of them!)

Anything's possible if you can afford it. The centre console is pretty much the same as any other level trim, less the two little blanking plates I think might be for heated seats.

if your pockets are deep enough its practically anything goes, armrest glovebox whatever you want really
