when i turn the heater to hot a bad smell of curry comes out, anyone know how the problem can be solved?

Tried a new pollen filter?

Isn't that smell generally from burning dust or pollen? So as said try a new pollen filter and maybe blast some air down your vents to clear them out.

Already replaced the pollen filter, only happens when the blower is on hot tho

Maybe there's a leak on the heater matrix and mould etc is growing on it. Are you losing any coolant?

Usual sign of that is staeming of screen when heater is on full blast . ( oh and perhaps a wet front carpet . )

Or it could be sabotage by the curryban (The organisation to get all taxis driven by ............ )

Sounds like the matrix, anyideas how much i`d pay for one of them at a garage
