After sixteen weeks of teeth gnashing and hand wringing, i finally collected my 1.8 TSi SE Plus Estate yesterday. Ive most defintely got that new car glow!! Really really pleased with it, so bloomin cavernous inside!! Lots of setting up and twiddling about to do with the settings.

Two things which i didnt know, which have been nice surprises - firstly the car is covered for THREE YEARS by RAC home start rescue breakdown recovery. Not that im thinking i'll need it, but still nice to have. Secondly, the 'Amundesen' head unit streams music from my iphone via Blutooth! I knew it had Bluetooth phone connection, but i didnt realise i could stream via blutooth also. Its got the MDI interface as well, so i can charge phone when needed, or my little toadies can connect their ipods to it.

Im over the moon with it!!!!

Edit - I also didnt realise it had automatic headlights either! Im sure it doesnt mention that in the brochure!!!
