Anti shudder valve screws

So I stripped down my EGR and inlet manifold assembly a few weeks back and gave everything a good clean.

Yesterday the car began to struggle for power so I had a look under the bonnet and my antishudder valve control is hanging loose (either I forgot to put the screws bac in (unlikely) or they have worked loose and fallen out).

I need some replacement screws. Does anyone know what size?
