Bluetooth Issue

I've fitted and coded my OEM Bluetooth kit as directed on Octavia-vrs.com. The fitting went smoothly (apart from getting all the wiring behind the HU).

Kit before fitted

My phone (BlackBerry 9800) connects to the Bluetooth Automatically and can be used for calls providing I use the phone for dialling/accepting calls, the call itself runs through the Bluetooth. When pressing the Phone button on my Columbus it just mutes the sound and doesn't give me any options.
