boost pipe problem!

i have recently fitted 3 new boost pipes from the egr and the 45 degree silicon hose has seem to have expanded? the timing belt as been rubbing of it and now has a hole in it :( i fitted a bracket to the stainless upper boost pipe so it wouldnt move, has anyone else had this issue or just me? :( the red circled pipe is the one that has expanded and been rubbing of the timing belt. can anyone point me in the right direction? cheers.
