Where the problems can be , the fan turns on and off in seconds(Climate is off) when the coolant is not even 60degrees , :think:

Faulty fan relay controller

Coolant should be over 60 within a few minutes of the engine running, and up to operating temp (90) within 8-10 minutes of gentle town driving.

It look like fan relay controller problem because fan turns on , goes in max , (i can hear it from inside the car) and the stop and then starts again .... :/ , expensive to change ?

Not sure on the cost, but I think it is located under the battery tray....

i have a smilar fault my fan kicks in just after the say intake stops and I've fitted a new cts and its still the same what could it be

i find to be the sensor in climate tube , close to throttle budy
