Time for my skoda to go :'(

Featured Replies

Hello all,

Just looking for a bit of advice. I've sold cars before but never one as new as my fabia.

I've been looking online on autotrader and prices seem to range between £3000-£4500 depending on mileage and condition.

Mine is a 2004 '04' plate with 104k miles on the clock always serviced at a Skoda garage. Its currently in a modifed state but would it be best to put back to standard and sell it or sell it as it is and sell the parts on here? What is peoples general view on what I should get for it and what would be a good price to sell (i.e. not being stupid but not asking for too much). Its got a jabba remap, Forge FMIC, Jabba ARB 312mm brake upgrade and eibach dampers and springs.

It will need a little work as some plonker drove it to it and did a runner so the rear bumper needs a repair and the laqure is coming off the rear spoiler (both to be repaired before sale). Its still on its original clutch though I'm thinking of getting it done before I sell it.

I was hoping to hold on to this for a very long time but I just cannot run another car at the moment.

Thanks

Mike
