Replacing Dance-radio

I´m considering to replace my Fabia´s radio with a versatile navigation system (bluetooth, sd,..). My present radio is called Dance: http://car-solutions.com/nfs/product/814742/file/Skoda-Dance-Head-Unit.jpg . (I don´t know if "Dance" has a more accurate model number (like Columbus is RNS-510).)

I have understood that Amudsen+ (RNS-315) or Columbus wouldn´t work in my car because they need many kind of informations (for example position of the wheels and the speed of the car ). Am I right? The model year of my car is 2008.

Is there any non-OEM car radios which would work in my car? Parking radars, remote control and info screen (radio channel or track) should work.
