Octavia Estate - Rear Washer Fubar

Featured Replies

Can any of you guys with the Octy Estate who've had problems with the washer hose coming loose please let me know what the fix was. The area where the CD changer is located has got wet and from somewhere (??) and I can hear water jetting into the inside of the compartment when the wash / wipe is activated but as I'm on my todd so to speak it's a bit awkward to trace.

Ta muchly.....

Have you seen this thread? Whilst it relates to the Hatch, the hose could well be in a similar area.

What threw me was that the water seemed to be coming from further up the body - from the back pillar area it seemed but it was obviously squirted up that far. The connection on the small black hose that runs alongside the cd changer had come loose. It's a bit fiddly to get access to it I'll dab a bit of superglue on it when I find the damn stuff.

ahhh, mine came off along the top
