Alloy wheel centre cap size

Featured Replies

Guys,

I came across a cheap set of aftermarket alloys which came with no centre caps. I thought they would do as a set of winter wheels. It has finally annoyed me too much though having wheels with no centres. I therefore went out and bought a set. The centre hole is 60mm, so i bought a set of caps which were 60mm. The trouble is that the clips on the back are 55mm wide and the hole in the centre is too wide for the clips to grip. I am therefore on the hunt for a set of centres which are 60mm at the front and with clips which are 58 or 59 mm to clip on to the wheel centre. I figure what ever wheel they are out of does not matter as i can get some skoda wheel centre stickers to go over them. The main thing is getting them to fit the wheel so they do not just fly off one day when i am out for a drive.

If any of you can help i really want to hear from you.

Thanks

I believe they are Modav 432 wheels. As they were bought second hand i do not know much about them really. I have searched the net for caps to fit and the only ones around seem to be lenso ones for $33 in thailand but i do not want to risk buying them and then paying postage just to wait 3 weeks to receive them and they not fit. If i can get a cap to fit i will just put a stick on skoda emblem over them but the ones i have at the moment do not have clips on the back wide enough to grip the wheel
