not sure what you are asking here mate, the inlet temp sensor is part of the map sensor and the wiring is pin 1 and 2 on the sensor 1 is earth and 2 is from sensor to pin 43 in that pic.

the sensor is attached to the side of the inlet by the dipstick tube on a 1.6 and at the rear of the manifold on a 1.3mpi

ah ok... well you know what the wires are because you can see it on the diagram....

not sure what else it is you are asking really? unless its for a £2.99 ebay 'resistor chip' in which case i'd say dont bother wasting your time and effort, theres nothing to be gained from fiddling with this wiring, the air temp sensor has little effect anyway, it's operation is related to a fuel enrichment maps in the ecu when its in closed loop mode.

the other part of the sensor in the map sensor and that is for measuring the amount of depression in the intake manifold. the ecu uses this as the main 'load' input for calculating ingition timing and fuel injection qualtity, my advise would be to leave it well alone or you'll struggle to get the car through an emmisions test come mot time.

cant be much more detaied than that unless we know what it is your are trying to do
