Just read this in our local newspaper over the weekend

"VW Fox to be released 2006 to replace existing Lupo, 3 engine varients,

1.2 54bhp & 1.4 73bhp petrol, and one diesel 1.4 TDI 73 bhp.

Car will be slightly longer than existing Lupo but 8cm shorter than current Polo"

I know in the past SEAT used the same Lupo platform for the Arosa, anyone know if the new Fox platform will be shared out with SEAT and/or Skoda?

The rumour is that ther will be a Skoda version, but not an Arosa replacement for SEAT due to the numbers it sold and it does not now fit into the brands profile.
