is it worth upgrading the rear brakes on a fabia vrs to occy rear brakes and is it an easy job to do?

Not worth it. Check out the Ibiza Cupra. Has bigger 312mm discs and AP calipers but still uses the same rears as Furby vRS.

But dont see why they wouldn't fit unless the discs and calipers were from a 4wd TT/Golf etc.
