Electrical Problem x2

Two things:

1.

CDs are not ejecting properly on the CD player. They are ejecting to a point where the CD is barely poking out (not enought to get and grip to remove it) and then sucking it back into the machine almost instantly. I am assuming something is sticking but I don't want to start spraying WD at it just yet. Tried cleaning with a CD lens cleaner but no change.

2.

Driver electric window switch is not responding on opening. It takes several repeated attempts before it decides to open. Again it could be something sticking on a faulty electrical switch perhaps.

Is there any maintenance I can do myself or is it a case of getting it booked in to a specialist?
