hi guys dont know if you can help search the forums but cant find anything i have disconnected the egr valve and been running it with the light on however i want to put it back to normal and reset the light however i cant find out how to reset it without taking it to a dealer to reset as i know the issue why it came on i dont need to do a code search to find the prob just to turn it off ?

can anyone confirm the correct procedure to do this as there must a battery off reset or something ?

Where are you located mate -

find someone with VAGCOM to reset code for you - If your close to Cardiff let me know and I'll meet you and try to sort it
