Asus Transformer in very nice boxed condition having had very light use.

its the 16gb version (not sure they did a 64gb?), but I can throw in a 16gb microSD as well to take it to 32gb if you're interested.

Does *not* come with the keyboard dock.

Tell me, is this the Prime?

Did it ever suffer from the GPS issue prior to the ICS upgrade? Did ICS resolve this issue?

No, this isn't the Prime, it's the original TF101. No GPS issues that I'm aware of.
