Hello, as per the title, both my front electric windows have stopped working. They were temperamental a while back, but have now completely ceased to work.

I've searched extensively but can't find anything to help me, so any help is much appreciated!

I've checked the fuses and also the wires in the grommet between the main body of the car and the door and everything is in order, haven't taken the door card off yet to have a look at anything there but if i do is there anything i should look for that might have caused this?

Hesitate to suggest it but have you tried the key in the door and hold it approach to seeing if the windows work? I write "hesitate" 'cos if they go down, they still might not come up!
