Im Ben from south wales,i proudly own a Fabia Vrs 06'......love it.

I need Help Mind..

I had my fabia re mapped to 175bhp(ish) about 15,000miles ago.

I recently changed the cam belt and water pump at 85,000miles.

I am convinced the car is about 155-160bhp now after the change. Reason i know its not as nippy is if i was in a high gear at a low speed/revs and accelerated the flywheel would judder a bit,after the belt change theres nothing now.

The car is running sweet as a nut so i know they didnt miss a tooth in the timing.

My question is why?? also if i need another re-map any one know a good remap company obviously closish to my area..

Hi and welcome on board. Where in south Wales are you? I'm in Swansea. As for your issue try posting it in the mk1 Fabia section, your more likely to get a response there.

Welcome Ben - suggest you talk to Shark (who are a sponsor on here, they will be able to help/advise on the remap)

Who did the cambelt? Could be a tooth out?
