TT arms onto octavia vRS

Featured Replies

Hi everyone. I have an 03 vRS Octavia and was hoping to install a mk1 TT front lower arms. I dont know if this has been done before or if there is a topic about this but would like some help on what is needed apart from the arms. Do I need the TT arm ball joints still or the octavia's ball joint fits the TT's arms?

do a search mate.

Lots and lots on this......................

Youll need TT/S3/LCR/R32 Ball joints for them,

Whats the reason for doing this?

You will need a spacer washer to the balljoint too if you are using the std Hub assys.

just look through my history, Ive don it and Ive posted pics of the stuff and the Differences in the Hubs too. Also Bowders1, SteveWonder and a fair few others have done it too, Bowders1 Has dont a How to thread in the tech guides section too iirc

It all depends how deep your pockets are and how far you want to go with car,

I've just done changed arms, but i also changed hubs put R32 front roll bar and steering rack on and superpro'd it all aswell

It all makes a hell of a differance and you get alot more adjustment on front end
