Lowering and stopping a pickup

Featured Replies

Ok so I have a vw pickup which I believe is pretty much the same as the felicia

Does ANYONE do an off the shelf coil over kit for them

I need to get it on its belly fairly quickly

Or can someone please help me with it and tell me what I need without trawling through pages and pages of mixed opinions / ideas

Also I'd like to upgrade the brakes

Solid disc on front and drum on the back

Is there anything I can use as a donor car as a direct bolt on swap

I know it's a bit lazy but there is a lot to go through and it's driving me insane

There is a crate of beer in it for the orson that gives me the most usefull information Lol

Maybe one of you already have the parts?

I know I'm new on here but been around for too long but on diff forums

Please feel free to contact me with anything you have

Email - [email protected]

Phone - o7545893975

Txt anytime day or night - I, normally up till 5 them about for 8 again lol

Thanks a lot peeps

Pete

By the way, this is a mk2 pickup on a S reg

Cheers

The MK2 VW caddy pickup is a Felicia, they were made at the same Skoda factory.

I dont believe there is any coilover kit available, at least one member has fabricated his own in the past although I am not sure which cars suspension he used as a base.

So what so people do to lower them? Surly there must be a way?

if the vw pick up is the same as the felicia one then for lowering the fronts you can use mk1 ford focus coilovers or just normal felicia hatchback/estate front lowering springs.

as for the rear your best having a read through this thread:
