Bushes

Featured Replies

Hi guys..... Another thing for my list

What bushes does everyone upgrade ? I see them pop up all the time and was thinking i could start collecting them and take a bundle in and get fitted

Links would be handy :)

Do they make sny difference ??

Cheers guys

Well...

I have Superpro wishbone and arb bushes and rear beam bushes. (from PRI Racing)

And Powerflex dogbone bushes. (From Ebay)

Superpro all the way,

I replaced the standard bushs with solid normal bushs last year and when i did R32 front end conversion other week i then stripped the subframe down with the intenion of selling arms on, well i did until i realised the bushs that were less than a year old were knackered and they were the expensive ebay ones aswell

Superpro for me, apart from the rear bushes on the wishbones, went for the solid TT one's, everything else Superpro

Is there gert loads of bushes then to change ???

front wishbone front bush - 1 either side

front wishbone rear bush - 1 either side

anti roll bar bushs - change as a pair

dogbone bush 2 at rear in a set and one at front that bolts to gearbox - 3 bushs in total

rear axle bushs - change as a pair

front subframe rear bushs - use R32/S3/TT solid bushs - 4 bushs in total, 2 upper, 2 lower

Not that many bushs really compaired to alot of cars on market today

Powerflex, stick your kangaroo

SuperPro all the way!!

That is the full kit-works out cheaper in the long run.

You will need to add front ARB bushes too! 19mm for vRS bar with the sh!!ty plastic sleeve removed.

Silly question coming :D

Does that pack of bushes come with a list or instruction to show where each one goes ???

superpro for me too, either superpro or powerflex have a pic on their site showing where each bush goes, but they dont really have fitting instructions, i think they kind of assume if you can change them, that you know where they go!

They assume wrong :D i will save For then and leave them in a box in a garage lol

And then get robbed by a garage AGAIN
