Hey all just ran into a little problem with my front electric windows where i put them down but they wouldnt go back up so i opened my drivers door and then they went up :/ what could be the problem?

I'd go for a broken or nearly broken wire in the door loom between the door and car body

When you went to put it back up could you hear the motor working or not? Atleast it didn't come off the rails / mechanism, mine did in December, as you can imagine quite cold, especially when my heater fan had broken too!

Bang on mate this was the problem somehow the bloody smallest of wire had disconnected itself... All fixed now thanks
