Anyone tried one of these, ive emailed them and they seem nice, its a generic map and 66 quid for rolling road each side of re-map

i bet we could fill a weekend up there !!!!

They have a fairly good rep! Nothing wrong with a generic map either, it'll be a tried and tested stage 1.

There's no need for custom unless changing turbos and adding fmic etc

I've heard there maps arnt so great? But never had one of them so can't judge. Just from what mates have said. But for £150 it's a bargain either way.

I'm running an awesome map and have been since November. I love it, car feels totally different from standard now and pulls really well and is nice and smooth from 2k ish.

Thanks for mentioning this Binzie, if anyone else could give their opinions on the Awesome-GTI generic remap I'd really appreciate it as I've been wanting to remap for a while but holding off for an offer like this. Shark are my local and I know they're one of the best but they're almost twice this price, even including the fuel to Manc and back they're still over £100 dearer, or I could pay the same and get a full custom at A-GTI.
