Hello folks

Just notice that after installing xenons ( non - canbus) and coding car for " bixenons with shutter installed " the DRLs stopped working. If I untick " bixenons with shutter installed " then the DRLs come on. Is there anyway to keep both the things working???

Yes that is correct. Donnot tick "xenon with shutters"

No I don´t think their is another way to have both.

Do you have CH/LH on fogs

The coding for a non canbus system is to tick xenons WITHOUT shutters.

The only time you need to tick xenons with shutters is to put the CH/LH lights onto fogs.

I haven't had to do this on mine to put CH/LH onto fogs.....I just got a check box for CH/LH Foglights. Nothing to do with the Xenon's. The FL must have different coding.

Not sure why you would tick 'with shutters' as Skoda don't do bi-xenons on the Octy.

i didn't have to tick "xenons with shutters" to activate CH/LH via foggies.

In my case CH/LH works through dipped beams even if I tick "bixenons with shutters installed" but only advantage I get by ticking is that it doesnt give any sort of bulb error with non canbus hid kits. but DRLs stop working. Em still not able to get both the things working together...

That´s why I have a canbus kit.
