Have a 07 Vrs and my tires are very very noisy on the rear and yes I know it's down to tracking,

My other issue is my tires are cheap Chinese crap too (sonars if anyone ever heard of them)

I'm looking at rotating the fronts to the rear and getting new ones for the front.

The sonars seem very hard too so grip and comfort is not great ether. Iv been offered 2 semperits at €200 and I'd heard they have great grip and are extremely quiet on the road. I was also offered kumhos at same price but iv heard semperits are better!

Anyone ever use semperit s ?

I have falken 452's on mine & im happy with them,ive just had my 4 wheel alignment done & its made a big improvement to the road noise from the rear.

I have ,falkens and am happy , just put a set of Rainsport 2s on another vrsand am very impressed with them, significantly quieter than mine , will go for them next definately.

Are those semperits new?

225/45/17?

That's bloody cheap. good tyres, as far as I am aware they are similar to the uniroyals. ( VERY soft sidewall) just something to be aware of.

I am running Hankook's on the front of mine and have to say they are much quiter than the Bridgestones I took off.

Yes there new, got them at trade price just back from getting them fitted and there very quiet no more road noise and yes 225/45/17.

I'm running MAxxis MAZ1 all round right now. Fronts badly need done after about 20k. Grip and noise was on par with the Avon ZZ3 that were on previously. Good for the money.
