Morning All,

I have a 2005 2.0 DSG that has 100k on the clock.

It has started to behave strangely of late and was hoping someone may be able to shed some light.

If I'm driving up a hill the rev counter jumps and the car feels like it's lurching. This as you can imagine has become a little unsettling. I have also noticed that when on a motorway I do not feel the lurching but have noticed the rev counter jumping.

Any ideas?

I'm only guessing here but my guess would be the clutch pack.
