312 Brake Pads

Featured Replies

Also.. Make sure you chose octavia front pads if you have 312's ;)

 yes, I need the MK1 Octavia VRS discs don't I?

Yeah they may be cheaper but I'm sure you might be able to find a company that do them with a price-matcher policy ;) also you would rather pay more and actually get them right? Also yes you will need octavia Vrs disc's, but if in doubt, then give them a call and double check try are 312mm.

I'll tread very carefully with them for sure if I do go ahead.

Just can't find anywhere else doing M1144's for similar money...

Hmmm.. Have you tried camskill?

Also try giving motorsportworld.co.uk a call and see how much they will do for taking LK's price into account

I'll try both in the morning. Cheers

No problem.. Let me know how you get on! Good luck

Blimey! Supplier's were asking what reg number are the discs/pads for?

Of course, saying they are off a VAG and i don't know which model/car threw everyone.

MK1 Audi TT 99-05 seemed to sort things... UNTIL:

Found out Mintex M1144 are out of stock for 6-8 weeks

Yeah I'm not sure why they ask the reg but something to do with facelift models etc..

Also, i believe they hand make Mintex M1144 pads so they have to be made to order.

Also I used mk1 octavia Vrs front brakes and fabia Vrs rear brakes.. Explain the situation to them and they should be alright.. LK were awful at understanding this.
