Should there be a plastic cover under the glove box on passenger side. All I have is what looks like sound deadening stuff as a cover,black on one side. No screw or anything holding it in. Anybody got ideas on this.Thanks.

No, there should be just sound deadener, the sound deadener is the cover, it is self supporting at edges and with metal catches (driver side). On the plus side, it seems to work just fine and makes access both under driver and passenger side dashboard very convenient as you just take it out, no bolts etc. There's a lot of space on passenger side available for modding, I hid a 3-outlet 12V socket there with satnav/PDA power supply and an old style hands free plugged there out of sight.
