I think I'm going to need some help from some of you, so I thought I'd better introduce myself first. My last few cars have been Alfa 156's, and I still have an Alfa GT JTD, which will be up for sale as soon as I've sorted the Skoda. I tend to do most mechanical repairs myself, so it will be a bit of a learning curve getting to know my way around the Octy. I've only just bought the Skoda, deciding that it was probably a more sensible option than an Alfa 159 Sportwagon. You can tell I'm getting on a bit ! First things on the Octy will be timing belt/water pump change, and oil and filter change. A couple of things I'm looking for:

1. What type of spare wheel is normally supplied ? It's missing on this car.

2. Where's the best source of an O/S/F foglight ? Usual broken glass.

3. What's the preferred oil for the PD VRS ?
