How do I respond to a particular input when its in a list here?

At the bottom of the box there are three options

1. Report

2. Multiquote

3. Quote

None seem to allow me to reply.

Please help.

You should also have a "Reply to this topic" just below the last post.

you click the quote button on the post you want to reply to, like I did to reply to this post. Then when you are done, click Post. Simples
