Was Wondering If Anyone Has Came Across This Problem Before

I Have 2006 Octavia 1.9 Tdi Bkc Engine The Problem Is The A/C Only Works Intermitted And What I Mean By This, Is The Car Only Starts To Pull Down To 4 Degrees When The Engine Coolant Fans Kick In, Both Fans Kick In And You Get A Blast Of Cold Air As Soon As The Engine Fans Kick Out Ac Drops Off (When The Engine Coolant Is Below 104 Degrees). I Have Had The Air Con Re-Gassed Pressure Tested With Nitrogen And Tested Ok When The Fans Do Run The Gauges On High And Low Side Of A/C Reading Correctly Which Means Composer Is Working.

Have Also Check the Menu in the Climatronic Controller 19 /4 and Shows Correct Engine Speed Also Have Checked For Faults in 08 A/C Control Units No Faults Nor Is There Any Faults in Any Other Control Unit

I Am Begging To Think the Small A/C Fan on the Rad Is To Blame

Ant Help or Thoughts Would Be Great

Have you had the system re-gassed?

Kwitfit will do it and guarantee it, or if they find leaks wont charge you unlike others

He says he has 5th line down

also have checked power supply to comprosser all ok 12 volts switching as econ butoon is pressed
