Just a quicky to say how impressed I am with their service, I called up this afternoon to get a quote for adding coilovers to the Fabia and my Premium only increased by £40.00 which is an admin charge. Nice to not be bent over a barrel by my insurers for a change! :)

    I do agree, if they charge you £40 every time you change something, then they don't need to screw you elsewhere, as they make it up here.

    They charged me £19 to change my brakes, with including a £17 admin fee. . .

    I got a quote from them for a second car, policy was about £1700 and a EXTRA £1200 to pay monthly!!!

    If an admin fee dont they have to justify this was their cost to make this change?
