I am having trouble with the 12v plug near the handbrake, when I put the sat nav power lead into the socket it does not charge up. How do you fix it or do I need to replace it and is it easy to replace?.

try the fuse first, pull off the cover which is hidden when the drivers door's closed, it's a 15A fuse location 42 IIRC (far right side, halfway up), It's blue and I THINK there is a red one directly above it. It should be in the manual anyway.
