So...if I used the `Send me a message` at the top of someone's profile here, would that be a `PM`?

correct, sorry, yes a PM, is short for private message, kind of like internal email. And welcome to Briskoda. Cheers, Lee.

And, using the `Send me a message` is Private?

yes, I believe so, in that I think forum moderators are the only people apart from the sender/ recipient who can view the message.

hi Manny

i have read your posts about the A8 with interest have always liked and wanted a 3 or 4 lit diesel, but always worried about the cost off repairs how have you found owning one and would you recommend buying say a 3 year old one with say 30-40 thousand miles with full service history. would like to hear your comments.
