Torque Arm (vRS TFSI)

Featured Replies

Hi All

Just a quick question.

If I want to minimize the engine movement under acceleration, do I then need to upgrade the entire torque arm (dog bone) or will the insert (like this http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk/product.php?xProd=3075) be enough? Some times I can hear my Milltek exhaust hitting a shield or something, but only in 1st or 2nd gear, so it is due to engine twist...

Thanks

the smaller one will have less impact, but is obviously cheaper, I would try it first though

That's fine, I have the powerflex one which I found hard to get into the mount rubbers for some reason. I would recommend one of these whenever a performance down pipe is fitted.
