advice please,I have got to take my front bumper off to do a small repair before it gets painted,so how do they come off ,what tools will i need,any guides on here(cant find any) and how big or small of a job is it.any help or advice would be more than welcome as its been years since I done anything like this.cheers

I don't think it's difficult, just be careful you don't drop it off the car and scratch it.

Pop the bonnet, you'll see some bolts inbetween the headlights.

I'm sure there will be some more bolts around the wheelarches. You may need to remove the wheelarch liners.

Jack the car up and take a look underneath. You may need to first remove the under tray that protects the engine bay but no doubt there will be some bolts under there too.

Remember to disconnect the front foglights.

thanks for that,are you sure that the foglights come off with the bumper?

Yes, they are fixed to the back of the bumper.

If you end up removing the wheelarch liners you can disconnect the wiring and leave it at that...
