Thought I'd better introduce myself seeing as I actually now own a Skoda!

So, with a baby on the way and after a hilarious attempt to get the pushchair in the boot of my Lupo GTI I had to make the sad decision to get something slightly larger. Sold the Lupo on ED38 and the buyer came this morning. By this afternoon I was the owner of a VRS! Gutted to lose the Lupo but loving the VRS already.

My husband Al has already started on the modding, looking at a double DIN and wheel options. A new bumper with smoothed plate recess and lows are also planned.

For anyone who goes to VAG shows, you may have seen our other car which is Al's pride and joy...

Rims are very much like Kukuna's, but I'd say not quite. Don't look fat enough to be Monterey's.

I hate losing Pets way too upsetting. We've gone for a tortoise this time - gonna outlive all of us, so it's all good!

Hope you and your partner are going to hit the vrs with the modding stick if that golf is anything to go by.

The audi wheels look like rs 6 wheels to me .

Loved the Original Beetle , my Grandad had one identical to that ( with original wheels and hubcaps) oh and welcome

I learned to drive in it as my Dad said if you can drive a beetle, you can drive anything. Loved it but I was running it as a daily and it really needed a full resto.

Don't think it'll be up to the same level as the Golf but it's certainly not going to stay standard for long. I wanted to mod the Lupo but never got round to it.

Nar sorry think i got it wrong . They arent rs6 alloys . Could be copies perhaps but the genuine rs6 alloys are deeper in the centre and the spokes widen a bit to the outside edge

They deffo ain't RS6 alloys as the smallest wheels are 17"... They are off an 2001-04 Audi A3 sport iirc, the 1.8 20vt things, as seen below:
