vrs lowering dramas

so im lowering my car 50/40 iv bought some adjustable rods which connect from the anti roll bar to the front strut. heres my question how do you work out the new lenght of the rods the kit comes with 3 different lenght bars whick are adjustable once fitted any ideas?????????
