DPF

Featured Replies

Driving to work this morning noticed my DSG was holding onto the gears alot longer than normal and engine was a bit lumpy. Parked up at work and fan was running. From what I've read in other posts on here its sounds like the DPF may be trying to regen. It seems a bit weird as most of my driving is 60mph country lanes and 65 miles a day. Still, now im looking forward to my drive home "having" to give her a few more beans going home tonight.

Mine has done this a couple of times in 30 months of ownership

Last time mine did this the creep was brutal! Nearly threw me into a bush.
