Local TPS said they can offer me 20l of Quantum 5w40 505.01 for £72 all in.....sounds reasonable? Don't think ECP can match that even with the brisky discount...

Need to get hold of an oil filter........put a K&N panel air filter last week, so that should be fine.

Cambelt + waterpump was done a few months ago, and the coolant is still fine according to the turkey baster testing too.

The brake fluid will probably need looking in to soon since I cant find any invoices from the previous owner.

Anything else to make sure it stays mechanically sound?

Forgot the fuel filter...will sort that out this time round.

Well, pumped the oil out only to realise I misplaced my oil filter housing removal tool! My largest spanner wasnt big enough and I tried in vain with a wrench. Darn it! Filled it with new oil....need to get hold of another one of those tools and change the filter asap. To be fair, I'll just use this lot of oil as an engine flush and renew it in a couple of thousand miles....since the old filter is still in.

Fuel filter was a doddle, on the other hand!
