Goodbye Skoda :(

Featured Replies

Just made the biggest purchase of my life...

boca.jpg

I put a deposit on a SEAT Ibiza Bocanegra!

I was tempted by a new Fabia VRS but there are no nearly new ones in my price range with the right options at the moment.

I'll be sad to see my Skoda go, I'm still not sure if I made the right choice! If anyone is interested I'll be putting an ad up shortly in the for sale section...

Enjoy your new car,

Nice car! Like the Bocanegra, smart looking car.

Feel free to visit the fabia mkII section if your tuning it :D

Well, I wasn't planning on doing much... we'll have to wait and see though, I've said that before and I usually end up doing some light mods!!!

My plan was to get the roof vinyl wrapped in gloss black (it's the current fad, I know, but I think it would look good with the black mouth) and possibly the alloys refurbed in gloss black and leave it at that. Possibly a remap? I live quite close to Mansfield so I could be tempted to nip and see Ben at Shark perhaps! How does the 1.4 twin charger run once it's mapped?

You have mail

Think theres a few bocas on sc.net that have black roofs

Hope they've put in more soundproofing than SWMBO's Ibiza.

Looks good in white and black.

Ta, not too bothered if it is a bit noisy - it's a performance car first and foremost :) In fact, the exhaust note really impressed me, better than the Fabia with the same engine. The more noise the better IMO :D

They look better with the black roof as the black bumper bit looks out of place IMO.

Nice in pics, but not in real life where they look a bit wrong.

Really nice looking motor that :)

Smart looking car, not sure a black roof would suit it, but nice nonetheless.
