BlackVue DR400G playback issue...

Featured Replies

I've recently installed a BlackVue DR400GHD dash cam in my Octy and it all seems to be working OK. The problem I have is that when I come to view recorded files using the BlackVue software, I can play one video file (which plays fine) but then I can't play any more - the play/pause button on the interface is stuck in pause mode and is unresponsive to any mouse clicks. I can still use other things in the software (like go into settings, etc), but actually viewing other video files isn't possible. I have to close it down and start again if I want to view a different file...which gets tedious when each video file is only 1 min long!

I'm currently using the supplied 16GB micro SD card (which I formatted using the recommended formatter) so I'm going to try a new/different one to see if that helps, but I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

Nope - Maybe uninstall and reinstall the program? PS: switch to 3 minute files as it reduces all the overlap blips. :)
