Please can anyone tell me--I can't seem to find it--will a Fabia Estate swallow for example, a bundle of ten 2 X 1 timber planks.

That is with rear door shut and front and rear seats flat and using top of dash if necessary.

My last five cars would/will .

I got five lengths of 2.4 metre flooring timber in mine (mk1 hatch), but that was into the passenger foot well as I had no seat fitted at the time. There was comfortable still another foot of room to the boot edge. I would imagine an estate is even more capacious!

from the top of the dash, across top of lowered pass seat and onto the parcel shelf you can get 2.4 into a fabia hatch but i couldnt do the same with 2.7m plastic panels :( the boot wouldnt shut, so itll deffo go into the estate
