The Rear Boot Door

Featured Replies

I just love the Yeti.

In this weather (rain!) the high boot door is a real boon.

I have to access my boot loads during the day and get out the tools of my trade etc.

The high boot door, coupled with the fact the rear is vertical, means I can work under the boot door in the UK summer without getting wet.

I don't know of many cars where this is possible without banging your head.

I love you Yeti......

Just remember the puddle that forms in the number plate recess, had me a few times :rofl:

Didn't you realise, that is the built-in hand washing facility. :giggle:

Park with the front uphill .... simples

Nah, you can still get wet as the water pours out of the number plate recess when you close the hatch!

You soon learn (most of the time) to execute a smart step backwards when shutting the door :-)

Alternatively, hop quickly into the drivers seat and get SWMBO to close the door.

That option is more than my job's worth!!!
