Columbus Phone

Featured Replies

I cant get my phone (Samsung GT-S3650) to stay connected to my new car. I get in, successfully manually pair the phone to the car...but when switch the engine off and then on again...the Maxidot screen tells me that connection is not possible! I want to be able to just get into the car with the phone in my pocket and be connected automatically...as I could in my last car. Any ideas please? Many thanks.

Is there an option on the phone to "authorise" or "pair automatically"?

Thank you for your interest RainbowFore. No nothing like that. In the `Phone settings` I'm just able to turn my phone's visibility to ON. The car searches for the phone, finds it at which stage there's a beep on my phone and I have 3 or 4 seconds to push a button (touch screen)on the phone to connect to car. Its really maddening.
