Customer confusion - skoda dealer

Featured Replies

My local skoda dealer can't seem to tell the difference between me and my dad. I used to get my old car serviced with them and my Dad still gets his Yeti serviced there, but they can't seem to tell the difference between a Fabia and a Yeti, or between us.

Every time it comes to a service they think I'm my dad and my Dad is me, and that we own each other's cars.

I've told them plenty of times before who I am and what car i own(ed) and who my dad is and what car he owns, but they don't seem to get it

My dads yeti is in for a service today and they've just called my mobile to ask some questions about it

honestly, is it really that difficult?!
