What was the mileage on your new car during collection?

15 miles is quite usual when a new car has had a proper PDI done. (Pre Delivery Inspection)

Then there is the trip to get petrol or diesel in if the dealer is not next to a Filling station, this is often done as part of the PDI.

About 60 on mine but it was delivered from Scouseland

95 on mine which I thought was excessive.

Dealer said they could have choosen my car from the production line in the factory for QC testing!!!

The last 3 new cars which I have bought have all been under 20

Thats if they can be @rsed to do a PDI, the wires fabia had no oil in and the suspension transport blocks were left in.

Mine had done 6miles

Is that AC, V***E or W*****N having the car Delivered to one Branch and then driving it to another.??

Sounds about right miles for a trip along the M8 from East to West.

Purchased through third party so supplying dealer delivered it to his premises

My understanding it was transported from the dock in England along with another x cars into dealerships into Scotland

14 miles on mine.. from a Ford dealer! lol..

15 on mine. Came with half a tank of 95 ron. Burnt that quite quickly and run it on 98+ ever since

About 15. I was once given a brand new car to test by a dealer. The one with the yellow sticker if you know who I mean. To be fair though I think that car was going to be a demo.

Sure that has not happened with yours? 95 is a lot of miles.

I bought a pre registered Mini last year. It had 35 miles on the clock when I collected it and I know 20 of those were mine on the test drive.

Too be honest I have sent a email onto skoda UK asking a few questions.

My thinking 95 miles is excessive for a new car.

Could possibly have came with damage or has been damaged after arrival and theyv had to take it to a bodyshop for repairs........happens suprisingly alot
