Seized brakes

Need a bit help ive got a st 220 that has been parked up down side of my house for a year maybe brakes are seized,any one got any ideas how to free them up the one side is inches from wall so cant get wheels off.any help would be great

Forgot 2 add parts have been sold so engine starting is a no go

If this is a scrap car that's not going to be driven again (and brake pads not re-used) you could perhaps try spraying the brakes with a liberal coating of WD40 or similar to free them off. Probably just possible to spray it from inderneath and through the gaps in the wheels and onto the discs if clearance is very tight. Then attach a tow rope and drag the car out with something - preferably a mk2 Octavia, to bring this back on topic ;)

If you just want to take bits off Impact socket for wheels - then assuming brakes are scrap... A sledge hammer

A soft mallet on the wheel may help release the brakes a little

You can hire heavy duty 'skates' from tool hire shops - used for moving heavy loads around factory floors, and only a couple of inches high. If you can get in with a jack to lift the wheels, maybe a set of these under the wheels might work.
